Main Russia Border Crossing Points

The Russian e-visa can be used at major border crossing points. For many travelers, the quickest and easiest way to reach Russia is by flying. There are also several seaports suitable for international visitors.

Kaliningrad airport and sea checkpoints

The electronic visa can be used to enter Russia through Kaliningrad International Airport (Khrabrovo) and maritime checkpoints in the cities of Kaliningrad and Svetly.

Kaliningrad is the capital of Kaliningrad Province. It is detached from the rest of Russia, situated between Poland and Lithuania along the Baltic Coast.

The region was part of Germany until 1945 and, although largely reconstructed following World War II, its German heritage can still be seen. Tourist attractions in Kaliningrad include the Amber Museum, Kaliningrad Cathedral, and the Fishing Village.

Irkutsk International Airport

Irkutsk International Airport (IKT) accepts the Russian e-visa.

Irkutsk is the largest city and administrative center in the Irkutsk Oblast. It is one of the largest cities in Siberia.

Irkutsk lies along the Angara River and is approximately 65 km from Lake Baikal UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Kazan International Airport

Tourists with a Russian E-visa can fly into Kazan International Airport (KZN).

Kazan is located along the Volga River, in southwest Russia. The city is the capital of the semi-autonomous Republic of Tatarstan.

The main attraction is the Kazan Kremlin. This historic Russian citadel was built on the orders of Ivan the Terrible. It was made a UNESCO World Heritage Site in the year 2000.

International airports in Moscow

You can fly into 3 different international airports in Moscow with an e-visa. These 3 airports are:
